BAKERY INGREDIENTS
Baketec® bakery ingredient premixes, bakery ingredient concentrates and complete bakery mixes.

We have a range of nutritionally enhanced and healthier alternatives to the normal range of bakery ingredient mixes, including Omega 3 (from fish and flaxseed) and prebiotic inclusion, low fat, low G.I., sucrose free and egg free. We have a speciality range of bakery ingredients mixes including sourdoughs and flavour enhanced breads.

DAIRY INGREDIENTS AND EGG REPLACERS
Geltec® functional milk protein blends are dairy ingredients that make excellent egg replacers, especially in cakes, muffins and quiches. These egg replacers have been proven to give extended shelf-life to many baked goods.

Dairytec® cost effective dairy ingredients are alternatives to traditional milk powders.
