Our specialist team of Food Technologists using
our fully equipped Test Bakery Facility has developed recipes
for Gluten Free savoury and sweet bakery products for both the Food
Service and Retail sectors.
Working closely with The Coeliac Society we have developed
and produced products which are so good that 'You cannot tell
they are actually Gluten Free'. We produce a range of mixes
both savoury and sweet and can work with manufacturers to
develop and produce their own Gluten Free varieties
Products are produced in a dedicated Gluten Free bakery and
all our production facilities exceed the European legislation that
now requires "less than 20 parts per million."
As finished products they do not require any
additional heating or cooking prior to consumption
