Application
Baking powders, glazes, bakers custards, egg alternatives,
complete bakery mixes (cakes, scones, muffins). Now BakeTec
can be used to replace Cocoa in the production of sauces,cakes and
ice creams allowing dramatic cost savings.
Test Bakery
The presence of a fully equipped onsite test bakery
enables relevant testing of our products in both customer
applications and new development work.
This purpose built facility has now been in place for five years
and has facilitated testing of our functional ingredients in a wide
range of bread and confectionery items, before they are trialled in
larger scale manufacture.
