A range of both sweet and savoury mixes that enables manufacturers to simplify production methods.  Generally, ChefTec® mixes require only the addition of water to complete.   Commonly our products are bespoke for particular applications, flavour profiles and nutritional composition, so please contact us with your specific requirements.  Some examples of our ranges are noted below.

Savoury Sauce Mixes

A wide variety of savoury sauces are available highlighting the following trends, for addition in either hot or cold water applications.

Marinades & Glazes

Flavour profiles common to the sauces, suitable for meat, fish and vegetable glazing.

Sweet Sauces

Custard sauces for many uses (eg pouring, patisserie, and baked custard applications).   Can be amended to be suitable for special diets (eg diabetic/low sugar/high protein/low fat, etc)

Other flavour combinations are available such as variations on  toffee, chocolate, lemon, etc.

Mash Potato Mixes

Just add water to achieve creamy and seasoned mashed potato.

Dessert Mixes

Crème Caramel, Panna Cotta, Cheesecake

Quiche Mixes

Complete mixes to ensure a consistent quiche filling every time.   This mix can also combat the yield losses commonly found when using fresh liquid egg.

Base Mixes

Base mixes for addition with other blends.  Examples include béchamel mixes, dairy blends and roux mixes.
